Three’s a Crowd (of cuties!)

Some weeks back I had the hilarious pleasure of trying to capture these three cousins in a photo for their grandparents. Hilarious because their Moms and I were laughing and goofing around trying to keep all of them in one place for long enough to get a picture. I simply have to include a couple of “out-take” collages because they are so fun. I was literally laughing out loud as I edited these pictures. Trying to get a 3 year old, an almost 2 year old and an infant in one frame and “posed”–a tall order! But I love ’em!

Attempt #1.

“Maybe they will all lay still next to each other by the window?!”

Maybe. For, like, one second! Aren't they sweet?

Here's how that really went! What a hoot!

Once we stopped trying to wrangle them into one shot we got some seriously amazing moments:

Baby Hadley. She is perfect.

Look at that face!!

Kaitlyn. I've known her since she was a baby and she just keeps on getting cuter!

Little sister, Fiona. She is the laid back, "roll with it" one. So sweet.
Love the look on her face in this shot! I think she may be scheming...

Hey–let’s get the girls to sit together on the stairs! That’ll work:

We had some good luck once we introduced these chairs and got them both in the same shot again!

This last shot is so beautiful of Fiona. And if you look closely you can see a little tear on her cheek–makes me want to give her a hug. So sweet…

Erin–it was so much fun to spend time with your beautiful girls and your niece, Hadley. I am beyond excited with the images–the girls are all so beautiful and photogenic!
