This morning was wonderful. I woke early to the sound of some serious thunderstorms and worried for Susi and Mike–what would they do about their outdoor ceremony? It was still pouring when I left my house at 7:45. But as I drove the skies changed a hundred times. Some parts were sunny, other parts still dark and menacing. The rain was on and off. But by the time I pulled into the parking lot at the Gillette Castle, the sun was out and the heat was on!
The ceremony went on as planned on a gorgeous, sun-filled veranda with Susanne and Mike’s closest friends and family in attendance to see them exchange their vows.
It was truly an honor to witness. Here is a favorite from the day…there will be plenty more to come soon!
