I have always been a dreamer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have a lot of crazy dreams. Many\u00a0of them may\u00a0never come true.<\/p>\n

But a few of the big ones\u00a0already have. And for that I am so incredibly grateful.<\/p>\n

I get to be a Mom!<\/p>\n

And a photographer!<\/p>\n

And I live in Colorado!<\/p>\n

(Those were all on my list.<\/em> \ud83d\ude09 )<\/p>\n

I have dreamt of becoming a photographer since I was about\u00a07 years old. I used to imagine myself working\u00a0for National Geographic magazine. Photographing\u00a0exotic animals and traveling to far away lands. Maybe having a little Indiana Jones adventure along the way.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Life didn’t unfold exactly<\/em> as I had imagined. I took a few detours and explored some other career choices but eventually my heart led me back to my camera and I have been documenting some of the most important moments and people in my clients’ lives\u00a0for the past 9 years.<\/p>\n

My style of photography is very natural. I do very little posing and a whole lot of hanging out. I spend time. I joke around; I play. And I wait. I wait for moments.\u00a0I wait for connection. For little shifts in mood–a shy glance, a tiny yawn, a quick giggle. They are all moments. And they are all worth remembering.<\/p>\n

Because life is busy. Sometimes messy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

But you want to remember it all.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because it turns out\u00a0the little things\u00a0are<\/em> the big things.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Love.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I still have lots of crazy dreams.\u00a0I am going to\u00a0have to make some major breakthroughs in time management if I want to accomplish them all!<\/p>\n

Who knows? Maybe I will surprise myself!<\/p>\n
