This past weekend I had a chance to make another quick visit to see Ellebe and her parents. She is just about 8 weeks old now and I can’t believe how much she has changed. Obviously she has grown, but what stood out to me the most was how alert she is now. She was just wide-eyed and constantly staring up at her Mommy–it was so touching and sweet!<\/p>\n

When I first arrived it was time for her bath.<\/p>\n

Totally engaged with her mommy. And so calm. She loves her bath!<\/p><\/div>\n

I used an action from ProActions here. It's called Tin Print. I toned it down a bit in opacity but love the soft, vintage feel it gives.<\/p><\/div>\n

Next we headed upstairs to take advantage of the beautiful light and soothing colors in the master bedroom before getting Ellebe dressed.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It was so hard to shoot her feet! They never stop moving. This shot just screams newborn to me. The way they keep pumping their legs in the air--so funny!<\/p><\/div>\n

Chad and Jenn–it was so great to be able to visit again. Chad–I hope you are feeling better! Next time I come up we’ll have to get the whole family together. Maybe even head outside if spring has finally stuck around by then! Ellebe is such a beautiful and sweet baby–I can’t wait to see her again.<\/p>\n
