It has been a few years since then and I was so happy to hear from Trisha back in May that they&#8217;d had their first baby, little Juliana Faith. Photographing new babies is my favorite. I just can&#8217;t explain how lucky I feel to be able to share in these incredibly personal and emotional moments in peoples&#8217; lives. And there is something so calming about being around a newborn baby&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Juliana was an exceptionally serene baby. When I arrived for the newborn session, Trisha didn&#8217;t really plan on being in many photographs. She really wanted me to focus on Juliana and agreed to be in &#8220;a few&#8221; to make her Mom, husband and I happy! It turns out some of the most beautiful and powerful images of the day were of Mother and Daughter.
