Trisha and Rob were one of the first wedding couples I ever photographed. It has been a few years since then and I was so happy to hear from Trisha back in May that they’d had their first baby, little Juliana Faith. Photographing new babies is my favorite. I just can’t explain how lucky I feel to be able to share in these incredibly personal and emotional moments in peoples’ lives. And there is something so calming about being around a newborn baby…<\/p>\n

Juliana was an exceptionally serene baby. She was really a pleasure to photograph.<\/p>\n

\nI hope Trisha doesn’t mind me using her as an example! When I arrived for the newborn session, Trisha didn’t really plan on being in many photographs. She really wanted me to focus on Juliana and agreed to be in “a few” to make her Mom, husband and I happy! It turns out some of the most beautiful and powerful images of the day were of Mother and Daughter. Trisha is such a pretty new mom and you can clearly see her love for Juliana in every image.<\/p>\n
