Some of you may have seen these images on Facebook a while back. My cousin, Christine, and her husband, Chris, welcomed their baby girl back in November. I spent a day basking in her newborn sweetness about 2 weeks after she was born. What a perfect baby! I guess there’s no such thing as an im<\/em>perfect <\/em>baby–but she was just so calm and beautiful and serene. Amazing. Christine and Chris are naturals when it comes to parenting and whenever Baby Catherine gave a little squeak they knew just what to do–and just like that <\/em>she was happy again!<\/p>\n

The next bunch are some of my favorites. Christine and Chris were using tips they learned from the book “The Happiest Baby on the Block”<\/a> to keep Baby Catherine happy. She loves being swaddled and “shhhh-ed” to. I’m tellin’ ya–it worked like a charm! Look at that face!
