Some weeks ago I paid a visit to this family’s home to grab some photos in time for the holidays. We started bright and early and these three were dressed to the nines and ready to go! The two oldest, William and Mary, were super friendly and chatty right from the start. Robert, the youngest, was a little on the shy “who-is-this-lady-with-the-giant-camera-in-my-face” side for a while but he warmed up–especially when he got to show me his trains!
Mary wanted to go first and she was a dream to photograph! This is the first image I clicked that day. (Ok–second–after my ‘test shot’–which doesn’t really count.) BAM!
William volunteered to go next. I was feeling very lucky working with such cooperative and photogenic subjects!
Last, but not least–little Robert, not sure what to make of this whole affair. His “serious” face:
Here, he is warming up a little. 😉
Okay, how cute is this family?
No, really?!
We headed indoors for a snack and to let the kids “do their thing.” What a blast! Robert was quite pleased for some quality time with his new train table.
William and Mary got busy working on their binders. They draw like crazy and then use a hole-puncher to keep their artwork organized in their own binders. Brilliant!
One of my favorites of William:
Back outside for a couple more!
Nell–so great to meet you and your three little sweeties! I hope you enjoy these images and I hope to see you all again!
